Born out of passion, purpose, and experience.
Coach Sophy's Foundation began on September 6, 2017 in Lagos State as a personal initiative rooted in the desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people.
Founder Sophia Ikwumezie's teenage experiences shaped a deep understanding of the fears, dreams, limitations, and hidden gifts many young people carry. Those experiences inspired a mission centered on empathy, mentorship, and intentional coaching.
Today, the foundation creates safe spaces where teenagers are seen, heard, and equipped to discover purpose, grow in confidence, awaken healthy identity and character, and become all that God has in store for them.
